A very nicely presented Stuart Triple Expansion Marine live steam engine for sale. Rarly come up for sale and this one certainly looks the part and runs very well on air, forward and reverse. We have not run on steam as we didn't want moisture in the central valve chest should the new owner not want the worry.
We have followed the timing guidance set out by Stuart Models and she runs well as a result.
She sits on a pair of aluminium raiser bars which we think sets the model off well. A model to be proud of. Being picky you might think the stuart blackened metal cylinder cladding could have been cut and fitted to a higher standard, but this is a minor point and could be done again by the new owner.
I won't be at all sorry if she doesn't sell !!!
