It does look like most of the main castings are present. Cylinders are gun metal, two sides been faced. The chassis and bogie look complete waiting for axels to be made. There are 2 sets of wheels, a new set with out balance weights and a second set (see last photos above) that look to have had machining work, and the tender wheels perhaps originally came from a previous tender as there are signs of old paint etc. I might retract this second set of wheels from the sale as one or two wheels might have been machined down too far. If you would like them included that will be fine.
The part built boiler is obviously work in progress and you will need to decide if worth continuing with. There are the 5 large tubes but not the smaller ones.
A complete castings set is now geting towards £4000 without any boiler kit. We hope that our price makes this an attractive purchase and will accomodate any missing items.
