Vertex are a quality make and complete with 3 plates, backplate and tailstock.

• Base is approx 160mm x 90mm.
• 175mm tall with a spindle centre height of 100mm when horizontal.

Dividing unit with one plate, no tailstock, and this unit also has a different threaded spindle, not compatible with the Myford. It seems similar size thread but not the same, yet to be established. The price therefore just £100.
